Ok, so randomly I am posting this. My mother in law is pretty into Pinterest these days and begged me to put it up so I could pin this and be mega famous. She thinks its better than all the gallery walls out there, isn't she sweet :). But I will say I got all my ideas for my new home, and the collaboration of ideas off of Pinterest for this wall.  I have such an odd mix of tastes, and this area is our main living area. All of the smaller side furniture is either from a vintage/thrift shop (you can see much of that other than the table) in this picture, because I like antique and vintage. So tables, chests and t.v. chest. The couch and ottoman and two other chairs are very basic, some old, some simple but big box looking if you know what I mean. I like simple and clean and modern too. But the last thing I like that wasn't being incorporated is fun, color and quirky, thus enter this wall, that really makes this room. So I have my antique side furniture, my basic, clean staple furniture, lots of modern accessories that you can't see either, and then this wall, the color and fun that I am also drawn to. Most of this is my children's art work, my 7 year old is a budding artist. A few go back to my childhood, and the other were random things I was drawn to for whatever reason. Some old, some new. So there ya go, happing pinning Mama J :).
